In this work, we present a magnetically tunable 2 x 2 array antenna operating at 28 GHz using a screen-printed self-biased magnetic/polymer composite that consists of 70 wt% barium hexaferrite (BaM) and 30 wt% polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). Unlike high temperature processing for traditional hexaferrite annealing (>800∘C) , this work demonstrates a low-temperature process flow at 7 0 ∘C making it compatible for organic/PCB board integration and packaging. By applying an external magnetic field of ±240 mT , a tunability range of 0.3 GHz is achieved. Also, the array antenna structure is simulated using High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS). The total area of the fabricated device is 0.84 cm 2 .
